Lodging 3 is located behind the other housings. It is a typical building of Salento, in the spot known as "Liama", once built with blocks of tufa stone carved by hand, barrel vault, very thick perimetral walls to allow a good insulation from both heat and cold.
This solution we propose you is composed of two Liame just restored to former splendour and at the same time made functional and welcoming. The bigger Liama is composed of a living room with two sofa-angles (to be also used as beds), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hot water. The smallest Liama is used as a kitchen and dining area, with an exit on the large porch which opens to the great garden of the Nesca estate.
To make the stay comfortable in the salentine rural paradise of Nesca estate, Angela and Giuseppe equipped the lodging with air conditioning (hot and cold), washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, barbecue, and, as for other dwellings of the estate, each guest can attend, from sunrise to sunset, to the various activities of the farm’s daily life.

- The prices include electricity, gas and water consumption.
- We wait a deposit 30% within 7 days except for different agreements. The non-payment of the deposit will involve the cancellation of the booking.
- Checks are not accepted, but only cash payment to the delivery of the keys
- Domestic animals are admitted

- The tenants will occupy the apartment after 17:00 p.m. and they will leave the same within 10 :00 a.m. (except for different agreements)
- 50 euros demanded at arrival for the final cleaning Apartment (The cleaning of the kitchenette must be made by the Landlord - otherwise add Option kitchenette.
